How We Use Information We Collect
The personal data we collect is primarily used to enable us to provide you with the service that you have requested or to respond to an enquiry that you have made. Collecting relevant information is a necessary part of us being able to provide you with the requested services and/or products.
If you agree to participate in our Strategy Meetings, your contact details will be supplied to other organisations that are scheduled to meet with you at our programmes so that they can contact you after the meeting. The contact details are provided to the other participating organisations on the clear understanding that it is not used for any other purpose.
Your personal information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you register for an event, information necessary to administer the meeting experience and create your personalised meeting agenda will be shared with hotels; event sponsors; catering companies; contracted consultants and technology suppliers who provide services used to deliver the meeting.
Each sponsor’s Privacy Policy governs our sponsors’ use of any information that attendees choose to share in this way.
For our legitimate interests in conducting our business, such as:

- To respond to your questions, concerns, or customer service inquiries;
