We have both a great track record (see Successful Delivery – Guaranteed) ,and significant scale particularly with Infor, Oracle, Salesforce and SAP; we have over 2,500 functional and technical consultants specialising in these technical platforms. In addition, we provide programme and project managers; change management, data, BI, and test experts; as well as architects, training capability and industry experts across most sectors.
  • Cloud Transformation – K2CP are helping customers of all sizes and complexities access Cloud based solutions. We support with: direct-to-Cloud for new ERP implementations, on-premise to Cloud Migrations and Cloud Solution Improvements. K2CP was shortlisted for Cloud implementation of the year 2020 for our 14 country implementation that went live, on time, working remotely during COVID.
  • Project & Programme Delivery -K2CP provide Project and Programme management and PMO expertise at scale. This can be as individuals, as part of a team, or innovatively through our Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) offering.
