Humanize is currently supporting us in our 3-year strategy to grow the value of our business. They have supported us in building the strategy through a very intense and impactful approach. Humanize has delivered team interventions for our HR teams as pilot for the rest of the organisation. The sessions were enabled by Perceptionradar – their self-developed 360° tool. These team interventions are a 2 in 1 solution as it supports the teams to be more effective, and they pay specific attention to the role of the leader. Based on the results of the pilot, we have decided to roll this out to the rest of the organisation.

Wilco Vlaar has delivered a key note speech at our global leadership conference in Fort Lauderdale.
