Products and Services
Bridge Command Academy is a fully immersive, 9 am – 5 pm L&D product focused on Leadership and Culture. It is delivered in the hi-fidelity set of the critically-acclaimed Bridge Command theatre show (bridgecommand.space). It is designed for teams of 12 mid- to senior-level executives (including at Board level) to improve team performance and collective intelligence. Used for teams that are new, who do not know each other’s strengths and weaknesses and for existing teams that may not be performing optimally due to stale or toxic relations, or just because the cumulative effects of hybrid working are becoming blockers to company performance.
Teams will undergo psychometric testing to identify their strengths and weaknesses before the day starts and during the day will give and receive 360 deg feedback. A professional coaching facilitator will provide 1-1, 1-4 and 1-12 feedback during the day. When the event is finished, the program buyer will receive performance metrics and recommendations for the participants, which can be fed into an existing L&D program and/or provide a springboard for future self-improvement and learning.
The fully immersive day allows participants to go beyond traditional performance coaching, breaking down silos and encouraging personal growth in a memorable, emotive, and powerful setting.
