BOOKING APPLICATION:

Only upon confirmation and completion of the registration form, will this agreement represent a confirmed booking to our Private Roundtable Programme taking place on 9th October, 2024.

This booking includes your participation in Roundtable Discussions & a Complementary Dinner. Items not covered by this agreement include travel, accommodation and out-of-pocket expenses.

The participant’s attendance at the programme is critical to its success: we won’t charge you for attending our highly selective events, however Cancellation or failure to attend the agreed part(s) of the programme must be placed in writing. If such cancellation is received, a Cancellation/Administration Fee of $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) plus VAT will be charged.

ALTERNATIVES TO THE CANCELLATION FEE:

Nominate a colleague of equal status to take part in the event on your behalf
