Team Integration (TI): aka Staff Augmentation

  • Fixed teams – Data, Development, DevOps
  • Client management and control for all workload distribution, deliverables, priorities
  • FTE or PTE assignments only (100% or 50%)
  • Flexing team size and/or skills usually requires 30-day notice.
  • We provide Engineering teams to support Client-assigned teams (included in rates)
  • Engineering teams can support Client as needed for specific requirements – high-level problem determination, architectural review/evaluation, platform recommendations (included in rates)

Agile Teams (AT):

  • Flex teams – Data, Development, DevOps
  • Product Liaison (PL) assigned to oversee team and liaise with client as a Single Point of Contact
  • PL is usually assigned on a fractional basis – his/her time can also be flexed up/down depending on project requirements.
  • PLs adopt an “ownership stake” in the work product.
  • Engineering support to our teams and to Client included, at no additional cost, same as TI.
  • Execution teams can actively participate in meetings and be as Client-facing as needed.
  • Team flexing and scaling options aligned with ongoing solution development requirements.

Special Forces Teams (SF):

  • Dedicated Teams – trained and certified based on specific client requirements an/or technology platforms
  • Tangonet oversees all training and certification – unless this is done on client-specific platforms.
  • Our engineering support to our teams and to Client, included at no additional cost, for commercially available solutions.
  • Minimum 1-year service contract required.
